Pet Policy

We love your well-behaved pets! Evanston Place welcomes all dog breeds, ages, and sizes. Pet fee is $450 per pet and monthly pet rent is $35 per pet with a 2 pet limit per apartment home. All pets must complete the community's pet screening process and receive approval prior to move-in.
